Roast-Master, Carl Nolt, believes passionately that roasting is an art, and when done correctly, unlocks the flavors in a coffee to reveal its unique characteristics and nuances. Carl also believes that the distinctive properties of a coffee are best achieved through a Northern European style of roasting. Although many of Serranos' coffees are roasted utilizing this technique, we are able to custom roast and blend to any of our customers' specific needs. We custom roast our customers' orders. We do not warehouse any of our roasted coffees. Serranos is our personal tribute to the finest green coffees of the world and to the people who provide us and our customers, with extraordinary coffees. It is our passion that drives Serranos Coffee®. Since 1995, we have been quietly roasting amazing coffee in Monument, Colorado. Our customers share our desire for the perfect cup. Our coffee list includes single origin coffees, blends, and a selection of Swiss Water Process decaffeinated coffees. We also add seasonal coffees as well as small crop batches to our list from specific select harvests as they become available.
